The company was born out of the recognition
that companies increasingly rely on recruiting the best and
brightest while maintaining flexibility to respond quickly to
changes in the market. This has led to increased use of consultants
and other resource providers.
At the same time, the "free agent" economy is developing.
Bright and experienced individuals increasingly focus on managing
their career rather than building long-term relationships with
employers.
A hodgepodge of companies meet a variety of the needs of both
corporations and professionals. However, most professionals
end up at consultancies, although their strength is in delivery.
This realization formed the core of the idea that became eXperient.
